Inserting pictures
1. Get a free photobucket account.
2. Upload your pictures to photobucket.
3. Click on the picture in photobucket you want to share and you will see on the right hand side a box:

Copy and paste the link in the DIRECT field.
In the thread on the forum when you reply or post there is a toolbar along the top. Click on the tab that looks like a photo, it is the 5th tab to the left of the smiley face. Paste the link from photobucket and your photo will show up in your thread.
Subscribing to a Thread
It's called bookmarks on this forum. Go to your profile and hit edit profile. Under Notifications make sure you click email and check the box for bookmarks. Then when in a thread there is an action button with a dropdown and a bookmark option. To unbookmark you just go to the same thread and hit action and click unbookmark.
New Posts
For new posts if you look at the top right there is something that says participated, if there are new posts it will say "new" there and you click it and it displays all the threads with new posts.
